A 20-Hour Course for Teachers Who Want to Teach with Purpose, Clarity, and Care

This immersive 20-hour training is designed for yoga teachers who want to move beyond memorized sequences and into crafting intelligent, purposeful classes rooted in anatomical understanding. You’ll explore how the body moves—how joints articulate, how muscles engage, how patterns unfold—and how to sequence postures in a way that supports long-term growth, safety, and transformation for your students.

By integrating functional anatomy with clear, intention-driven sequencing, this training helps you build classes that feel both grounded and inspired. Expect hands-on learning, embodied exploration, and lots of opportunities to apply what you learn.

What You’ll Learn:

Foundational Anatomy, Applied to Yoga
Gain a practical understanding of bones, muscles, joints, and connective tissue—what they do and why it matters. Rather than just naming parts, you’ll learn how the body moves through asana and how to teach in a way that supports optimal function and alignment for a wide range of students.

Functional Anatomy in Action
Explore how poses influence the body’s stability, mobility, and strength. Learn how to cue with anatomical clarity and how to spot common misalignments. Discover how subtle shifts can make a big difference in how your students feel and move.

Smart, Supportive Sequencing
Learn to design class sequences that are not only creative but purposeful—building toward peak poses, themes, or therapeutic outcomes with a grounded understanding of how the body adapts and responds. You’ll explore sequencing strategies that promote safety, accessibility, and balance across joints and muscle groups.

Joint Health & Movement Mechanics
Take a deep dive into the shoulders, hips, spine, and knees. Understand how to protect these vulnerable areas through smart alignment, intelligent progression, and intentional cueing. Learn how to structure sequences that nurture healthy, functional movement patterns.

Pose Labs
Get out of your head and into your body. In our interactive pose labs, you’ll break down key asanas, explore modifications and variations, and feel the anatomical principles come alive through embodied practice.

Practice Teaching & Individual Feedback
You’ll have the chance to practice teaching in a supportive environment—with direct, personalized feedback from Beau. This is where the learning lands: in your voice, your presence, and your ability to translate knowledge into meaningful experience for your students.

By the end of this training, you’ll walk away with a deeper, more integrated understanding of how anatomy and sequencing work together to support safe, effective, and empowering yoga experiences. Whether you’re teaching beginners or advanced students, you’ll be better equipped to meet them where they are—with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
